The Plough Inn at Radwinter has been rebuilt and extended, and is now a stylish Bar & Grill which offers a fun and vibrant atmosphere. You can be sure to have a memorable dining experience with delicious food, a huge selection of drinks and great music on offer.

The Cross Keys Hotel dates back some 650 years and is one of the most important buildings architecturally and commercially in the centre of Saffron Walden.

The much-loved Elder Street café has taken to the road. Now a mobile food truck, they serve freshly made food and great coffee around Saffron Walden and the surrounding area — catch them at local events and markets, or check their page to see where they’ll be next.

The Fry Public Art Gallery was opened in 1987 and houses an impressive number of paintings, prints, illustrations, wallpapers and decorative designs by artists of the 20th century and the present day who have local connections and have made a significant contribution to their field.

Take one of the Steam or Diesel Engines through the beautiful Audley End Estate Woodland, designed by Capability Brown. Boasting hundreds of majestic trees and flooded with wildlife, be sure to keep your eyes peeled as you travel around the private 1.5 mile track.

At Linton Zoo Gardens, emphasis is on conservation and education whilst providing an enjoyable family day out.
